I first tasted Gentle Blue Tea in Switzerland and was hooked immediately. The smell when opening a package is heavenly. I’m so glad I found a way to get this tea outside my trips to Switzerland. The ordering process was easy and delivery was fast.

The tea is very good, but unfortunately poor packaging for shipping, I received 3 tea boxes damaged..

You have time of delivery incredible slow, last time I am buy through your shop , shopping with you give me a huge trouble, unfortunately on amazon wasn’t available the flavour I needed but never ever buy in your shop in case of need. I have ordered on Sunday 22/2/2026 and still waiting 2/3/2026 Two orders none of them as been delivered, you are selling high level product so is supposed to serve high level customers ( Im working for this kind of people since decades and never meet anyone happy with long waiting)I don’t think this huge time for delivery is a good way to sell your product . At least for my costumers, that required your product, is unacceptable that delay…that come to me as big complaint and now is my fault if I still haven’t satisfied their request, more then one week ago
