Not happy with the nespresso capsules from here but couldnt bring myself to give them a poor review. There was no instructions included on how to reprogram the machine, Ironically they included a leaflet on how to use every other type of brewer. I have experience using a different company called Roastworks that makes much better nespresso capsules and every box comes with instructions on how to reprogram the machine. Iv wasted a box of pods today just trying to dial in. I know all nespresso pods have stale coffee but they should still produce something that is usable in emergencies..

Instead of trying to solve problems, the team seems focused on explaining why they can’t help. It never feels like the customer comes first and it feels like the goal is to do the absolute minimum while protecting internal processes.
Being told that something couldn’t be done because the representative “wasn’t working at that hour” perfectly captures the attitude. That’s an internal staffing issue, not a customer problem. A company of The Barn’s size should have systems in place that deliver consistent customer service regardless of who’s on shift.
Your coffee is outstanding. Your customer service is the reason I regularly order elsewhere.
