The Elemental Coffee has truly exceeded my expectations. The flavor is vibrant and exceptionally well crafted, and as someone who loves coffee but is currently breastfeeding, discovering a coffee this enjoyable has been an absolute delight! I’m excited to try more from The Barn, especially their low caffeine options and other varieties.

It's one of those coffee shops that produce highest quality and are not afraid to experiment. The "crazy stuff" is expensive though and may be only something for those ready to experiment. But you get very good "not so crazy" coffee for a little less. All in all one of my go-to shops when it comes to buying coffee.

Not happy with the nespresso capsules from here but couldnt bring myself to give them a poor review. There was no instructions included on how to reprogram the machine, Ironically they included a leaflet on how to use every other type of brewer. I have experience using a different company called Roastworks that makes much better nespresso capsules and every box comes with instructions on how to reprogram the machine. Iv wasted a box of pods today just trying to dial in. I know all nespresso pods have stale coffee but they should still produce something that is usable in emergencies..

The Barn has exceptional coffee but has one of the worst customer experiences in the specialty coffee industry. I’ve been ordering from The Barn for a couple of years, and every interaction with customer service leaves me frustrated. Instead of trying to solve problems, the team seems focused on explaining why they can’t help. It never feels like the customer comes first and it feels like the goal is to do the absolute minimum while protecting internal processes. Being told that something couldn’t be done because the representative “wasn’t working at that hour” perfectly captures the attitude. That’s an internal staffing issue, not a customer problem. A company of The Barn’s size should have systems in place that deliver consistent customer service regardless of who’s on shift. Your coffee is outstanding. Your customer service is the reason I regularly order elsewhere.

Outstanding from start to finish. The website is clean and easy to navigate, ordering is seamless, and delivery was fast and reliable. Most importantly, the coffee quality is excellent—fresh, well roasted, and full of clarity in the cup. You can tell real care goes into sourcing and roasting. Everything worked exactly as it should. Highly recommended.

Amazing coffee, cool attitude and a good selection of gear. The subscription plans are great but the current shipping option is a deal breaker. I can't justify 16€ shipping (to Greece) for 2*250gr coffee bags. Please find an alternative, I don't want to cancel the subscription 🙏

Good coffee selection with the best coffee producers, perfect ascent on terroir, aways fast delivery with best couriers! I suggest you should start printing a roasting date on your coffee bags and not only its expiration date.

Dear buddy, the last Test roast was more tasty. I was lucky to get tge more balanced sweet, nutty flavour.It depends on what randomly tested. Surprise is always welcome. The only thing is i dont know are all the 3 packets of test roast same? I will try to find out. Go for gold, have a good one.

I've been ordering frequently from the Barn and the coffee was always of high quality and the delivery was swift. I'd like to see the 1kg bags being able to be re-sealed.

The coffee is very tasty. The price is high, but you get what you pay for. Especially the test roast has a very good price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, the customer service, when needed, is rather less helpful and sometimes unfriendly.

I can only judge whether it went well once the order has arrived, which will be in November because it's about the Advent calendar.

The coffee is always super delicious! My absolute favorite roastery. The delivery is fast & the beans were roasted just shortly before. Absolutely recommend!

The coffee was roasted to perfection. All nuances came to the fore. Sweetness, fruits, slightly tropical taste. Perfect.

Love it, I am paying a premium to get this coffee in the middle east and still its worth every euro.

Mit Fedex iist der Kaffee viel schneller geliefert. UPS ist wirklich njcht seriős. Sehr gut, dass Sie jetzt auch Fedex als Lieferung vorschlagen, aber ich verstehe nicht warum muss man in diesen Fall ein euro teuer bezahlen? Für die regelmässigen Kunden ist es nicht wirklich fair, meiner Meinung nach!

This last order was the time my wife and I haven’t enjoyed a coffee at all. Volcan Azul Caturra, in our opinion, just doesn’t work as a filter coffee. Otherwise, we’ve been super happy with our subscription.

fair shipping price and quick delivery. Was quite happy with the online shop service. Still prefer going to their local cafes but this is an option when beans once is looking for not available in RL shops.
