I have been using the chair Diablo Chairs X.Eye Prime for two weeks. The quality of workmanship is very good. The upholstery fabric is pleasant to the touch. The seat is slightly hard. The chair has adjustable lumbar support. It can be adjusted to your profile. No strange pillows are needed. The only pillow is on the headrest. It has magnetic attachments, so you can attach it in any comfortable place. Overall impressions are positive. With a clear conscience, I can recommend this model. It is worth its price.

The chair has pleasantly surprised me. It is very comfortable, has a firm and stable structure, and for my son — who is 186 cm tall — the XL size fits perfectly: the backrest reaches well, the seat has enough depth, and the posture is much better than with other lower chairs. The ergonomics are good, the lumbar cushion helps, and the armrests are practical for studying. The overall feeling is of comfort and stability. The only detail that doesn't convince me is the mesh fabric: if it rubs directly against the skin it’s quite rough, so in shorts or without a shirt it’s not pleasant to sit. With normal clothing, there's no problem, but it's something to be aware of.

This is already my third Diablo Chairs Player One chair, on which I have worked. Until now, I had one at home and another at the company. The one at the company lasted 2 years, it was an XL version that I do not recommend if you are not 2 meters tall. I am 191 cm and the XL version was too big for me, I couldn't support the lumbar region against the backrest because the seat was too long. Later, I bought the Normal version for home, and it fit perfectly. Very comfortable, and you can work on it for a long time. The only thing I would change while keeping the current price is that the tilt lock should be on both sides. Because my first chair, the XL version in the company, deformed there, and the backrest gradually tilted to one side until it eventually created a moment that damaged the seat base on the other side near the screws that secure the backrest angle regulator to the seat. Yes, I work a lot at the computer, about 50 hours a week, and I weighed 120 kg, so such a defect is not new to me. However, the comfort of work outweighed the durability, and I bought the third Player One in the Normal version (the same as I have at home). For this price, it's hard to find another chair on which to work so comfortably, especially if you find a good deal, like I did. Recommended as a solution for medium-sized budgets for people with a weight significantly below 120 kg. :-)

The craftsmanship quality of the table is simply stunning, the ease of assembly is also superb. Regarding the chairs, my chair player one fits perfectly with my requirements, though I think the armrests could be more "stable" and it’s not about not tightening the screws haha. Ignoring all that, everything is great. Regarding the second chair, the armrest span is slightly too wide for my partner, who wants to sit comfortably and struggles to reach them with her elbow. They are pushed as far inward as possible, but that hardly improves things. I think it’s an issue of her not considering the dimensions, so I don't view it as a problem, just a subjective opinion.

I bought the X One king size... i underestimated the measurements... and i do not regret it. Most comfortable and best quality chair i've ever had, though the back pillow is a bit flat for me, and the neck pillow is a bit too thick for me. You Should have told that the wheel base thing is not all metal, it just has a metal ring in it, but if it is enough on the long run, i will not complain.

Hello, this is my second gaming chair King that I bought, and I got the same one except for the color. I am an imposing person and the King is really well-suited both in comfort and aesthetics! A big strong point for DIABLO is the delivery speed. I live in France, I ordered on Monday evening and received my chair on Friday morning around 9:30! Bravo for this quality of material and this delivery speed.

Very well packed and easy to assemble.\nComfortable and tall with the possibility of light rocking.\nThe wheels roll so smoothly that I glide like on ice.\nI mounted the armrests in reverse because I prefer them closer to the back and I don't use the neck pillow.\nFor this price 10/10.\nThe package with stickers, lanyard, and other gadgets is a kind gesture but completely unnecessary for me - if I had the option, I would have opted out of it upon purchase ;)

I had to buy a new chair as I couldn't separate the base from the piston in any way. It seems like a business tactic not aimed at repair. I watched guides, used liters of wd 40 and svitol. I hammered on the piston while pulling the base. No use. I tried with an angle grinder but caused damage because I couldn't properly get between the base's spokes. Something more user-friendly and easy to disassemble would be preferable for replacement. Both economically and environmentally, wasting unnecessarily is foolish.

Ordered products - chair and mat are worth their price. The pouf is a bit weaker. I have reservations about the DPD delivery - the courier refused to deliver the package with the chair - maybe I missed something when placing the order regarding delivery details, but if it weren't for my husband - who brought the package into the house - I wouldn't have received this delivery.

Very fast shipment! Unfortunately, one part of the chair was found to be broken. After sending photos via email, I contacted the company via the hotline. The consultant was very friendly and factual, quickly found the order and the photos I sent and promptly processed the complaint, the same day the company created a shipment sending a new part. They didn't require the return of the damaged part, which would have been a waste of time and costs. The chair is super comfortable, it's been used by us for almost two months almost daily. The material seems to be of really good quality, the craftsmanship is very aesthetic, I really like that, probably as the only chair in this budget, it has metal, not plastic legs! Additionally, the contact with the company and the customer-focused approach - definitely a plus. I highly recommend, I will only take more chairs from you :).

Super comfortable, the material is strong and pleasant to the touch, the wheels are of very good quality, the frame itself is sturdy and does not creak, the armrests are comfortable and easy to adjust to the desk. What can be improved? I only have objections about the headrest - great idea with the magnet but no possibility to adjust the height (the magnet only catches in one place), but it's just a minor detail because it's large. I already have a second one at home, so it's clear that it is very good.

Hello, the chair is really massive and extra well built, young man satisfied but unfortunately after 3 days while moving it a plastic part with a broken tooth for moving forward and backward fell out, but I am not making a complaint because dismantling the chair for a complaint would be too much work. Reliable, solid company and solid chair. I searched for a long time for something suitable - well made, comfortable for work (I am 158 cm tall K) with a separate footrest, elegantly sits in office work. The chair is a pale, dirty pink, but that's an advantage in my opinion. It doesn't stand out so much color-wise from the rest of the furniture in the house :) class

The chair was delivered really quickly, in less than a week (considering we ordered to the Czech Republic). It arrived disassembled, but with a clear step-by-step manual, so it was not difficult at all for a teenager to assemble it. 😊 After unpacking, our home smelled like a new car showroom. 😄 As for the quality, I am extremely satisfied – for me 100%! ⭐️

Great order service, delivered very quickly. 11/10 quality of the chair itself, I searched for a long time for a chair for big people (196cm 150kg) - the chair is super comfortable, VERY SOLID (here I recommend buyers to use a 1/4" ratchet for assembly, much faster and less tiring than using the hex key from the set) Nothing creaks, the screws and parts are really solidly made. Overall, I know that when I have to change this chair, it will be diablo again! Recommended 💪

I wholeheartedly recommend, I bought a gaming chair and it is fantastic, excellent quality. Very solid, material easy to clean. Perfectly made. I also bought a desk, also great, solid, excellent presentation, comfortable and very well made. I will definitely buy something again soon, because it is really worth it.

The chair is really great, with King Size we found exactly the right gaming partner and would recommend it to all gamers over 185 cm. The delivery was also very fast and uncomplicated, everything arrived intact and could be assembled immediately. Everything perfect in my eyes and if the chair lives up to its promises, I am more than HAPPY ❗️

The chair is really amazing, you sit perfectly when working, gaming or just for relaxed sitting, AMAZING, when looking at the desk, well, it is quite good but instead of clamping the cables on the back a cable channel would have been better, and the work surface in the middle doesn’t fit so perfectly, tried several times and had to fix it myself with clamps, screws, and a joint, but all in all, TOP!

Fast delivery, excellent communication with the complaints department, complete replacement of all parts, subsequent communication and care. The chair is very comfortable, ergonomically suitable, silicone wheels are very quiet to almost inaudible, great design with attention to detail (especially the leather parts) Truly a premium chair :)

Delivery and everything around it super. But my 500€ chair doesn't feel like a 500€ chair, but it's also my first somewhat more expensive chair. At a closer look, it doesn't seem like the 500€ quality I was hoping for, you can see uneven processing of the wood in some areas, the headrest is theoretically adjustable, but in a very unpleasant way, namely you have to push it with force up into a slot on the chair to even attach it. And then you have to force it up or down again, as there is a part on the headrest that goes down, which is like a key in a zigzag pattern made of solid wood. In the slot itself, there is a fixed piece of plastic that should go into the notches of the headrest, but as said, it only works with force, there is no button or lever to let the piece of plastic slide in or so. Regarding the levers, the three levers on the chair feel a bit strange to adjust. And finally, the mesh material is quite uncomfortable on bare skin, which is especially unpleasant in summer.
