Previous tree stopped working so had to purchase a replacement, delivery was fast & love the tree, just thought the other one should have lasted a bit longer

The website works super well. As is the process of buying, payment and sending. I ordered my all surfaces 3m tree on October 2nd 2025 and it was in my home in Spain on October 7th 2025. No costs. Super. Thank you.

Aanvraag tot correcte factuur bij een intracommunautaire levering(zonder btw)werd niet opgevolgd. We hadden graag de btw gerecupereerd gezien. Aankoopdenst

If you ever have a problem, be prepared to receive no assistance at all. You’ll enter their chatbot loop, specifically designed to avoid giving you any real answers. They delivered only 50% of my order — I have proof from the courier showing that only one of two packages was delivered — yet they refuse to provide any concrete response. Be careful!

Mah…ho ordinato un albero il 01/12 che risulterebbe spedito, ma in realtà la spedizione non è mai partita…oggi è il 07/12…speriamo bene!!!
