The order has been sent immediately and I received two days before the due date. I had a little problem with the clock not working when arrived, But the customer care team suggested me to try to change battery first (with refund for this expense) and then eventually they would have replaced the entire product. Fortunately the problem was just the battery and my new clock is working perfectly now.

UPS did not deliver when they said
We waited in all day as they said it would be delivered by the end of the day, and at 10pm we got another mail saying the came thing for the next day
It finally arrived at 12.30
Not your fault but a bit of a downer

Took a long time to arrive and cost more than the watch i wear everyday . But this was for my wife and money does not matter .
Decent product and well made but pricey ( £25 ) for a watch strap that was fiddly to re-fit.
