It's easy to order on the site, however I was just ordering a strap, measured the watch face to the mm but still got it wrong, I am returning the strap and purchasing a new one and I hope this time it's correct. Delivery isn't the quickest but overall the communication and updates are very good.

Really enjoy my new bag! It is very spacious and can fit a laptop, some documents, notebook, a bottle of water and other small things. Previously I had a smaller bag in dimensions (and I could feel it as I didn't have enough space), but they look as if they are the same in size just now I have actual space! So I'm very happy.

Had my Cluse watch some years needed to replace the strap as it was showing signs of wear. I found the exact replacement with you the whole process has been excellent.

Très jolie montre, qui correspond tout-à-fait à ce que j'attendais. Elle est discrète, féminine et la couleur du cadran (bordeaux) est magnifique. Le double bracelet est aussi très original.

Le site est très bien fourni, il y a un grand choix pour tous les prix sont corrects. J’ai dû faire un retour car le produit ne convenait pas il m’a été remboursé rapidement et j’ai pu commander un autre modèle, je recommande.

I like the minimalist design of the Cluse I ordered - it's the second I have now (black and dark grey). But the clip on the metal-mesh band that it comes with is not always reliable: numerous times now I found it undone on my wrist and there will be a day I lose the watch if I don't notice this in time. Living in Canada, I had to pay $39 in fees, tax and brokerage on the shipment, unfortunately. That un-did the discount you offered! Still, it's a nice watch.
