The return policy is very bothersome. You gotta take multiple steps, some of them seem very unnecessary like privately letting CLUSE know by e-mail that you would like to return a product. Just let your customers return? Having the form added to the package instead of having to print it yourself would be welcome as well. You should also make your order forms so that a customer has to fill out every important info. My street number wasn't noted down so my package is in limbo and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. After finding this out myself I contacted you but you kindly directed me to the shipping company. You should improve your customer experience by a lot for me to order again or recommend.

Non è stato il primo acquisto, è sempre stato tutto perfetto, sia gli orologi acquistati in precedenza che le spedizioni. Stavolta, ho trovato all'interno della scatolina un biglietto con un messaggio che non mi apparteneva e l'orologio non aveva la pellicola di protezione come sempre. Penso che mi abbiate venduto come nuovo un orologio che è stato restituito.

Cluse offers really good quality for their prices. A year ago, I bought a classic gold watch & a gold snake chain bracelet there and I honestly have to say that the quality is superb! I always shower with the bracelet on and the color is still perfectly intact. So I recently bought another snake chain necklace and a gold rope bracelet and I really love them as well! Definitely recommend if you're looking for affordable gold jewellery that doesn't discolor :)

Saw a lovely watch before Christmas just waited until their sale was reduced by €50 even with the bank holidays over new year it still only took 6 days to arrive to Ireland . Delighted with it . Tracking very easy to follow too . Customer service very helpful would definitely buy off them again .

I've bought several items from Cluse,2 watches and 2 pairs of earrings and I'm more than happy with them. The watch straps are easily adjustable (spare links included ). Delivery time is good seeing as they come from Europe so as yet I have no complaints just praise for my lovely jewellery.

The color is according to the photo and specifications, I love how easy is to change and how it gives to your watch a complete new look. The delivery was also very fast it came even a bit earlier than expected. I recommend the brand in general as I have buy a few things.
