The service was good but I needed extra links for my watch and I got that straight away but then I noticed that the battery was dead. This was very disappointing. I had to, again go the retailer to have the battery replaced when I hadn't even worn the watch, yet!. The retailer advice that it is better to buy from the retailer that the internet. In this case he may have been right :-(
Anyways the watch is working perfectly now.
The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.
It has been 10 days since my order, I still have not received the product. The original order said that it takes 3-5 working days. Today is day 7 and the shippment is only began to travel to destination country. For international shipments, please have more accurate estimations when the customer is placing an order and do not promise something which cannot be delivered in alloted time.

I wasn't informed that I will be paying import tax on the watch I bought. It was a surprise to me. At least I should have been informed before I made the purchase.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to purchase something by CC or DC, they know there is a problem, but instead of fixing it, they just ask you to buy with paypal. And if one has no paypal account?
