The bag is beautiful. It’s like having a daily stylish purse but in backpack mode. I’m a medical resident and was always the carrying my purse and a suitcase bag with my laptop. Lots of bags, right? Now I carry everything here and I always look well. The almond color goes amazing with all my outfits. The quality is the thing that doesn’t let me give 5 stars. It’s not amazing for the expensive price it costs. I think it’ll be damaged in a few months with scratches and things but let’s see :) hope not!

The product was according to the website. However, even though the website offers a variety of payment methods, the only one working is Paypal. I tried Visa, Mastercard, Credot Card, Debit Card, American Express, the only one working is Paypal. And it seems that this is a know problem, but unresolved yet. I suggest resolving this issue or at least remove all the other options that are not actually available. Also, customer support was not very helpful, although they did provide an answer in a timely manner.

The item I was interested in was out of stock for a ver very long time- nothing extraordinary, a black leather and gold strap. Also I think the straps are overpriced.

Super Quality leather strap, shipped rapidly
My wife had a watch that needed a new strap and Cluse had the one for her: the right colour, the right clasp and, very importantly, the right length. Cluse offers it, we took a chance not knowing the company, but are so happy we bought another one 😊. Shipping was fast and well packaged. We couldn’t be happier.

Cluse doesnt stop caring for the customers after you buy your watch. They walk with you for lifetime. Broke my three years old and they replaced it at small price with a new exact watch. My family loves cluse and now i know why….

Love the jewllery! I've been wearing my necklace 1 year non-stop and it's the same as the day I bought it. Got so much conpliments on my backpack too, I'm mainly using it for short work trips where I have to carry my laptop.
