The delivery was fast (it took 5 days). I liked the fact I could track the package.
One thing that would make things better would be texting/emailing customer that the package will arrive by a certain hour of the day it arrived to a delivery post in my city. I was already at work when I received a call from postman saying he is at my address. Had I known he was going to be there by that hour, I would've gone to work a little bit later that day. I picked up the package at the nearest local post office.
The return policy is very bothersome. You gotta take multiple steps, some of them seem very unnecessary like privately letting CLUSE know by e-mail that you would like to return a product. Just let your customers return? Having the form added to the package instead of having to print it yourself would be welcome as well.
You should also make your order forms so that a customer has to fill out every important info. My street number wasn't noted down so my package is in limbo and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now. After finding this out myself I contacted you but you kindly directed me to the shipping company.
You should improve your customer experience by a lot for me to order again or recommend.
