It was very easy to make an order. Everything was like it was written in e mali.
But when my order was coming to me for 5-6days nothing has happened in status until I wrote to Cluse and my official post office to see what is going on. Next morning got my order with written specific time on, that had to be done. And I am so happy with the watch. I was more secure because I took this tipe of insurance.

The delivery for Morocco is free, so we ordered a watch (as a gift) the 13th of July. Via the tracking code we see that the watch arrived in Morocco on the 15th of July. Since then, it seems that the watch is blocked at customs. We can't contact anybody to resolve the problem. If the shipment is free, why is the watch blocked at customs?

I've bought 5 items now from Cluse and all are immaculately made, good quality for the price and last well. None of my items have tarnished, I'm extremely happy with all my purchases, especially my gold plated watch which I can buy different straps for. The delicate bracelets are strong and do not break, earrings are great quality too and look very classy! Would definitely recommend xx
