The order has been sent immediately and I received two days before the due date. I had a little problem with the clock not working when arrived, But the customer care team suggested me to try to change battery first (with refund for this expense) and then eventually they would have replaced the entire product. Fortunately the problem was just the battery and my new clock is working perfectly now.

Pues mal porque hice el pedido hace más de 15 días , no me ha llegado el pedido ni me devuelven el dinero ni me contestan dónde está mi pedido ni nada. Me han engañado he perdido 70 € y no tengo el producto. Mi hija se quedó sin regalo y se están riendo de mí
