I used the light gray tape as a baseboard connecting the tiles on the floor with the panels on the wall. I ordered 3 rolls of 5 meters each. The product came in a single 15-meter roll, which pleased me because I didn't have to splice. The day before, I cleaned the surface and wiped with acetone. That's all. The next day, I measured, cut, and taped right away. The tape is flexible and nicely adapts to the surface. It has ideal adhesion, not too strong to just hold on measuring but holds great after application and slight pressure.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of these profiles. It is a much nicer option than buying special tiles - treads, as they provide even better protection at the ends of the stair treads against slipping. Super easy to attach and they look very nice. We chose a color that perfectly matches the tiles on the stairs, as there is a large selection, including different lengths. Profiles at good prices. Quick order fulfillment. It's the way my complaint was handled after the ordered goods were wrongly delivered in gray. Quest's reactions were always prompt and friendly and my return and the reshipment of the now correct goods were handled smoothly and unbureaucratically, communication worked excellently, and the desired product meets my expectations.

The moldings look very high-quality and make a really nice impression after installation. I really liked the optics and modern design. However, there is room for improvement in the packaging and shipping. In total, about 50-60 moldings were divided into five foil packages of 10-15 pieces each and packed together in a carton. Unfortunately, in each foil package, the outermost 1-2 moldings were broken in the middle. Presumably, during transport, a high load impacted the packages, causing the outer moldings to be damaged. Also, the corner cuts are somewhat challenging and require careful work to ensure the transitions look clean. The pre-mounted adhesive tape unfortunately does not hold sufficiently on plastered walls. I had to additionally secure the moldings with mounting glue. Overall, I am very satisfied with the optics and the final result. With more stable packaging and better adhesion on plastered walls, the product would be nearly perfect in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I unwrapped the mouldings from the foil too late. They are great and just as I expected. However, the package was not sufficiently reinforced and they are bent in one place. I will get through it and somehow adjust them. I assume a transport error, but reinforce them more. Implementation time and everything else - super. Greetings and recommend.

I am absolutely satisfied! I accidentally placed my first order incorrectly, but that was no problem at all! Very pleasant and reliable customer contact, goods were returned (seamlessly), refund was there in a short time. Then the new order: very fast processing and equally fast delivery! Price/performance ratio: absolutely TOP! very good goods (material) for a good price! Here the ratio is right! Very attentive, they sent me an email apologizing for the delay in delivery, they sent the shipment again and in the end I received the order twice, but the transport company was responsible for the delay, the second order arrived within two days from the complaint.

I ordered self-adhesive corner profiles for wall corners. The goods did arrive in a damaged package and I was concerned whether everything was intact. But everything was fine. The product itself is excellent. The profiles stick very well and look great. Happy to purchase again anytime.

For my first order, I ordered the wrong color and was able to return it without problems with the return label. This time it was the right color. The delivery was super fast and well packaged each time. The stair step profiles are of good quality. I can confidently recommend this seller.

ordered 13 Mounting profile, 15x15mm by 2 m, perfect for my use; the only issue is the carrier DPD, who was supposed to deliver to a pickup point, then to an agency, two days after the scheduled delivery to my home I picked it up at an agency 15 km from my home.\nshame the delivery doesn't meet expectations.

A company is only as good as its complaints department. I ordered mouldings in the wrong color. Registered the return and immediately received the Freeway label. It takes a while, as it went back to Poland. Got the money back without any objections. Excellent. I will order again, but this time in the right color;-)

Be more attentive to product packaging as I ordered 2 products and only one arrived. However, I was able to contact you very quickly via email and to my surprise, you were excellent, you apologized, and the second product arrived to me very quickly. For this, you get a grade of 10.

I initially bought the 6m black role but cutting them to the individual stair measurement was a hustle so decided to order these. They were very easy to install and because all of the pieces came at about 2-5 cm longer than initial measurements, I could fit it to the entire stairwell. Product is robust and will definitely recommend it to people.

Very serious company besides the quality of products perfect customer service. I had a problem with a delivery with Bartolini and they promptly acted by resending me another package with the same items at no extra cost. I will definitely buy from them again, 5 stars are the minimum, highly recommended.

Great material! Not very easy to install! But once you get it, it goes smoothly! Always work from top to bottom, as stated in the description! Looks great and has a fluorescent strip on both sides that shows the way at night.

The profiles are very useful; thanks to them, my wallpaper on the corners is well protected against tearing. The installation is very simple and quick. Thanks to the adhesive layer, they stick firmly to the wall. However, I don't like that the minimum number of profiles to order is 5 pieces. I need 2 pieces and do not understand why I can't order 2 pieces since I'm paying for shipping anyway.
