Hello, i was a little dissapointed that I've asked a question, prior the purchase, on website support email and nobody answered. This small dissapointment has been vanished by the Romanian partner that responded to my questions after purchase.

Better than POM!
I had some POM sliders for some aluminum extrusions that I wanted to extend. I tried and failed spectacularly to 3D print some out of POM filament. I then found and tried some iglidur i150 (and i190) filament. The i150 printed great on my Prusa Core One. The 3D printed versions even glides better than my existing POM sliders.

gelenkkopf failure after 1 day of use
The Gelenkkopf I order failed after 1 day of use. Thankfully it happened while I was parking the bike and not while riding with my children in the bike. What is worse, that your website advertises these plastic pieces for cargobikes and after raising my concerns with your sales associate before installing the part, he did not advise me against installing it.
Highly irresponsible behaviour of your company.
