Good quality products at descent price. Information about the shipping was not so good, I did not receive any message that my order was ready to collect at my pick up point, I was lucky that the woman working there recognized my name and asked if I was waiting for a parcel. Maybe it is the couriers fault I do not know, at this time of the year is doesn't matter but in the summer when you need the parts to ride it matters. Summary: I got what I ordered and are satisfied, I will order again.

Good stuff and good price. DHL who ships the things is hard to understand on their website. I get a message that the things have arrived but I don't get any notification where I can pick them up. Then it says on the website that they have been in Sweden for several days without being picked up and the things have probably been returned to the sender. No matter how you search the website, you only get to the same page with concrete information. A few days later the package arrived!?!!

Jag valde en trång hjälm. Den är lättare än min shoei! Ljudmässigt kanske lite lite mer buller än shoei neo! Men inte mycket! Jag märker inte något negativt! Jag har åkt med den öppen och den är inte lika påfrestande för nacken som shoei öppen!

Great prices. The product new and as described. Delivery time long though, almost 2 weeks and slow reply from customer service when I asked after a week when they would ship, it took one week to get answer.

The dispatch of the order is excellent, Louis are quick to handle the orders. But the freight is via DHL who does their job to bring it to Sweden. Then the problem start. DHL hand over the goods to PostNord who should bring the goods to the local pick up service point (a local fuel station in this case). PostNord are slow to finish the delivery, and worst part is that they don't notify you about the delivery! And they aslo fail to mention the receiver name in the system for the local service point to read. This means that I would normally not be able to pick up the goods, unless the employees at the service point are very kind viewing the freight label and other identifications. So If wouldn't have investigated the deliver status myself I wouldn't have received the package yet. Last purchases have been the same, and in September I received the delivery notification from PostNord the very last day before the goods would have been returned to sender! I managed to pick the goods the second last day, thankfully. Please notify DHL and tell thme that they must use their owb Servie Points and not use PostNord anymore! PostNord is failing in general in Sweden in so many situations even for B2B shipments and envelops.

Good overview with compatible prices. Freight and delivery was a dissapointment though. The order was sent with DHL, but handed over in Sweden to DHL's partner PostNord. No notification of a parcel ready to be picked up at at nearest customer service point. And PostNord had noted both sender and receiver as "unknown" (!). It was solved because I could track the shipment, and the customer Service Point trusted me to be the recveiver even with any pick up reference No. Please tell DHL to end the partnership with PostNord.

I like the range, especially that there are parts even for old motorcycles. Fast deliveries.

The product was as expected, but I thought it was a bit bad that there were no screws included for assembly, so you had to go out and buy some Produkten var som förväntat, men jag tyckte det var lite dåligt att det inte fanns några skruvar med för montering, så man var tvungen att gå ut och köpa några

Det fungerade helt som förväntat. Jag fick det jag beställde på utsatt tid. Kunde spåra paketet hela resan med så det var tryggt. Kommer nog handla från dom igen i framtiden.

Superfast delivery. Have not used the earphones on the boat yet - only paired and tested them at home. They seem to work as expected. SPH-10.

My shopping experience was excelent and the helmet that i ordered which is the alpine stars supertech R10 is just top-notch quality and even the packaging was brilliant and welcoming. I love everything about my purchase and would definately recommend anybody looking for quality motorcycle helmet. I will let my friends know!

Fast delivery, excellent product.

Didnt get my product. They couldt be deliverd due to poor packaging. Orders 25/3, could not deliver 28/3. Since then i didnt hear anything from them. I used contactform and after a week I called to custumer service that couldt help at all, they need to investigate. A week later (14/4) i called again, to department for returnclaim’s. They couldt help either. Told me to order a new one if I was in a hurry. But they raised the price about 50€. Today (20/4) I get an email asking for a review the delivery service and the product. Well, delivery sucks! Didnt get my package. Product? I dont know, since i didnt get my package. Customer service sucks, just send a new product, the swedish delivery company (postnord) says they cant deliver it cause its not packed well enough. Dont make me get in the middle of you’re fight!?

Initial delivery might have been a bit slow, but that was all made up by exceptional handling of a warranty/repair issue with one of the products! Free return, quick handling, problem solved way above expectations and promptly returned! Will definitely shop again!

Great prices mostly. Very quick delivery even to Sweden. Not the best products always. Awful costumer service. I wouldnt buy anything expensive or complicated from this shop. I've been trying to get a hold of the costumer service for weeks. They dont answer emails, and their phone line is always busy.

The translation to Swedish on the Swedish website version is not the best. Much is directly translated from German and confuses sometimes.
