There are moments that even an exploded view doesn't show the required sparepart(s). In my opinion it is essential to have a mail address to show and explain what is meant. For the rest I'am very happy with the support.

J'ai commandé un faisceau pour ma Vespa px, un 5fils au stator ,je reçois un 7 fils ! Je contacte le sav , ils me recommandent de recommander un faisceau et ils me rembourseront après ma achat, donc je recommande un faisceau 5fils... Et là je reçois à nouveau un faisceau 7fils!!!
