Gloves size not easy to fit
Ordered gloves and to find correct size is not easy, to follow the instructions on the site does not help as it doesn’t fit to reality. Had to send back the gloves as I got the wrong size delivered. The process with return was easy and without problem but it cost me 8€ for delivery.

The shipping to Sweden can be improved by adding email/phone number to the tracking service, then it is superfast to collect our parcel when it reaches Sweden. Without sharing email/phone, we have to await a paper to our home which sometimes takes upto 5 days, after the parcel has reached the pickup location. Jag ställde frågan om hjälmen men kundtjänsten verkade vara helt off. Han var inte villig att hjälpa till och till slut slutade svara. Det har gått nästan en vecka till sedan jag ställde frågan ”vad måste jag göra för att antingen få pengarna tillbaka eller få hjälmen”😪
