If there's any problems and you report it via e-mail, i got a quick reply that my message was sent to the correct handling group, that replied shortly after.
Asked for my order confirmation PDF file and pictures.
Described the issue, attached some pictures and was presented a solution (money back or a new product).
I recommend buying from Louis due to their professional way of handling product issues.

I recieved a diffrent part than I ordered, and still no responce from customer support.
I ordered an adapter cable but I got an extension cable, two different things.

Stickers were ripped of from helmet. Both the size sticker(so I'm not sure what size it is but i ordered large, large should be right and it fits, and the weight sticker on the back.
The delivery were also longer than i expected

Medskickad M10 skruv skulle sitta i färdiggängad M10 hål men passande inte. Gängade hålet var för litet. Väldigt förvånande för Tyska Hepco Becker!
