Straightforward service. Built a new pc and did a search for a legal copy of Windows 11 to have a fully activated version. Purchased with PayPal with near immediate email response. Activation completed without a hitch. I will be returning to this site for another purchase for my next build in the next 12 to 18 months, when I need to phase out another 12 year old desktop with Windows 10.

Purchased Office 2024 Home and listed on the website that Outlook 2024 Classic came with Office 2024 Home - but does not and was incorrect listed on website. Contacted MrKeyShop of the error on their website listing, they are correcting the error on website and gave me Outlook 2024 for free. Customer service was prompt to correct the issue, Thank you, will buy from them again.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio clienti e la semplicità e rapidità con cui ho potuto chiedere il rimborso per un prodotto che non era quello che cercavo. Allo stesso tempo si potrebbe migliorare la specifica dei prodotti sul sito, in modo da evitare di acquistare un prodotto non adatto alle proprie esigenze. Inoltre, nel mio caso, quando ho chiesto al servizio clienti conferma che il prodotto acquistato fosse quello che cercavo, perchè dal sito non era chiaro, mi hanno chiesto di attendere che arrivasse perchè loro non avevano modo di saperlo. Invece saperlo prima avrebbe evitato inutili perdite di tempo. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata buona perchè hanno rimediato subito all'errore fornendomi le modalità per il rimborso.

Those in Customer Service were great, particularly Michele, as she was so patient with me because I wasn't brought up with technology, so there are times I am just being thick! They were very helpful and methodical. The product is a lot cheaper than what Microsoft charge!

I purchase operating systems exclusively form MrKeyshop and have for the last many years. I recently puchased 4 Win 10's and installed them without issue. The activation code for all worked the first time they were entered. The discount code was slightly complicated to apply for the maximum discount. There were several discounts available to me and slightly complex to find and use the maximum one. That is my only issue. I recommend and will continue to use MrKeyshop.

Website was easy to navigate and hassle free checkout, It took ages to get my email with the product key, so assuming something had gone wrong I emailed support who quickly gave me the info I needed, and the original email did finally arrive. Support were quick and efficient - Excellent

Needed to update a windows 11 home to pro. Had a few issue but was able to work through them with support. Took some extra time but given the time zone difference it wasn’t bad at all.

Mr Key shop is trustworthy. They sell high priced Microsoft software at a deep discount price, yet meets Microsoft legal scrutiny, as I have yet to have any bounce back from Microsoft over Mr Key shop products.

This was one the most pleasant transactions I have had on www, staff are polite/knowledgeable and deal with you in a timely fashion, I would recommend MrKey to everyone.
