We are sorry that the package has been delayed. The transit times that we indicate on the site are an indication under normal circumstances with the exception of any delays at the carriers. Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen.

Ze antwoorden kort en reageren traag op e-mails. Ze zijn ook onverwelkomend. Ze sturen de pakketten te laat en verpakken ze slecht.

Bedankt voor de feedback. Wij proberen altijd binnen 24 uur te reageren op mail. Wellicht dat het door drukte of weekenden het soms iets langer kan duren. Bestellingen die compleet zijn worden dezelfde werkdag nog verstuurd. Laat via onze klantenservice even weten om welke zending(en) dit gaat en welke slecht verpakt is geweest. Wij zullen intern kijken waarom dit zo gegaan is en het probleem oplossen!
