We ordered parts that were not available at the time and asked to add them to the follow-up order, but they did not add them to the new order, but asked to pay a new shipment of 17,75€ for parts that cost 3,19€, although were able to send everything in one package at the same time. We made this new order just to ad those small parts.

Thanks for the feedback. Deliveries to Norway may take longer because the package has to pass through customs. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid this process.
