Excellent order placement to delivery experience. Only issue is that delivery costs are very high and charge does not include returns which customers must pay for separately

The boots I ordered where of smooth leather instead of grained leather as suggested in the item description and photos. I was disappointed considering I paid premium price for the item. Also, shipping cost for inside the EU are absurdly expensive.
