Great product, but the buying and return experience needs improvement. The shoes themselves are excellent. The quality is outstanding, the materials feel premium, and the craftsmanship is impressive. There were no loose threads, scratches, glue marks, or other defects. As a nice bonus, the package included an extra pair of shoelaces that matched the shoes perfectly. That said, there were several things I was disappointed with. 1. Shipping costs are not clearly disclosed The shipping fee is paid by the customer, but this isn't made clear before checkout. At no point is it clearly stated that shipping is not free. You only discover the additional cost when you're ready to complete your purchase. It was frustrating because I expected to pay the advertised price. 2. The size chart is inaccurate According to the size chart, size 40 should fit a foot length of 26.8 cm. My foot is 26.7 cm, yet size 40 was too tight and uncomfortable. I exchanged it for size 41, which is listed for a 27.4 cm foot, and it fit perfectly. Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering one size up. That's exactly what I would do if I bought another pair from this brand. 3. Returns are at the customer's expense I bought two pairs of shoes and decided to return one of them. To my surprise, I had to pay for the return shipping myself. If the shoes don't fit, you end up paying extra simply because the sizing wasn't right. What makes this worse is that these conditions are only mentioned in the return policy or terms and conditions. Most customers are unlikely to read those documents before making a purchase. Another thing to keep in mind is that discounted items can only be returned within 14 days, while regular-priced items have a 30-day return period. 4. Confusing return instructions After creating and paying for the return, I received an email telling me to follow the instructions below—but there were no actual instructions. The email simply said to attach the return label to the package and send it. However, it wasn't clear where I was supposed to take the parcel. Two different companies were mentioned: one handling the return and another acting as the shipping carrier. Because of the unclear instructions, I spent three days trying to figure out where to send my package. To make matters worse, no one contacted me to ask if I needed help, and I never received a reminder that my return had been created but not yet shipped. Overall The product itself deserves five stars for its quality. Unfortunately, the purchasing, return process, and customer communication do not meet the same standard. If those areas were improved, the overall experience would be excellent.

Since I already have several pairs of Nubikk, that says enough that I'm happy with them.\nThe leather of the first pair was quite delicate, so there were quickly some damages visible. The last 2 pairs of sneakers seem sturdier, and the leather is better. I haven’t had them for long. The fit is suitable for my narrow feet, also due to the laces. They also look nice! \nI'm happy with them. They can be worn with skirts and trousers.

Fast delivery, I initially ordered another color because dark brown was not available in my size. When these were delivered, the dark browns were available, returned one pair and ordered dark brown, delivered within a day. Good communication also about the return delivery. I am very satisfied. Oh yes, the shoes are beautiful and comfortable.

This is not my first purchase from Nubikk and once again I am very satisfied. The shoes look stylish, are comfortable, and are of nice quality. The delivery was fast and everything arrived neatly packaged. I am particularly attracted to the combination of modern appearance and wearing comfort. Definitely a brand I gladly return to.

The shoes are very comfortable, fit perfectly, and look exactly like in the pictures. The craftsmanship is high quality and even after wearing them for a long time, they remain comfortable to wear. I am very satisfied and would buy them again anytime. Clear recommendation!

Had problems entering my Belgian address on the website, but the adequate, fast, and friendly follow-up/solution of the problem convinced me that this is a very customer-friendly e-commerce! In the end, everything turned out well, and now I joyfully wear my fantastic sneakers from my favorite brand!

I mainly like the designs and the comfort of the sneakers. I only regret very much that the Pure Classic was taken out of the program. The successor, if it is to be the Jagger Classic, does not appeal to me because its exposed tongue makes it look bulky. The Pure was timeless. Otherwise, no complaints. Nubikk remains my top brand when it comes to sneakers.

Fast delivery. Stable packaging. Ordered shoes fit perfectly and are of the usual quality. I'm glad there are still a few manufacturers who pay attention to good quality. More expensive doesn't always mean better nowadays. 😉

I ordered shoes for my daughter and a bag for myself. I love the design of the bag. Unique and timeless. I think this will accompany me for a long time. The shoes are also well made and go with everything.

Quality is top! A disadvantage is that if you want to try more than one size, you have to pay for all the shoes ordered upfront. This is better with other mail-order companies. You only pay after returning unwanted items.

I did order a wrong size i email them if they can change it in and they did an amazing job to change the size i order im really happy cause its my 1st loafers the, im from the Philippines and the way they respond and help me is very kind and accommodating.

I just bought the 3rd pair of Nubikk sneakers. I have been very enthusiastic about this model from the start. The quality is absolutely flawless. Finally, a leather shoe from Europe that is excellently wearable. Huge compliments to the manufacturers.

I am now buying Nubikk's for the 3rd time. Super solid shoes. I was, however, disappointed with the last pair of shoes as they did not have a leather sole. I find that particularly unfortunate. I couldn't verify this in advance on the website.

Amazing sneakers - solid but soft leather, very comfortable sole, extra laces in the package (for beige Billy Lou model), size fits well. Fast shipping. So far very pleased with the product.

I am actually happy with everything. The shoe is easy to keep clean. Only the front is susceptible to damage. But I have already purchased two pairs. And I would actually like another pair. But I'm hesitating a bit.
