I have a serious hallux valgus on one foot and Audley shoes are the only shoes that I can wear and my legs look fabulous. No one can even see the hallux valgus with the shoes, I can spend days walking with them and the shoes last more than two years when regular shoes last three months in my situation. I also liked the speedy service - 4 days and I had the shoes in overseas delivery! Excellent!

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes. One had holes in the buckle strap which had been mis-punched and re-punched - a single hole on each strap, but it just looked a bit strange and seemed unprofessional that a pair of $200 shoes would be sold as new with a manufacturing defect. This same pair also had a different type of sole than all the others, and after only a week or so of light use had begun to show enough breakdown that I stopped wearing. I bring them out maybe once a month, but if I were to wear regularly they would need to be resoled frequently, which is disappointing. Another pair looked like the sole had been stamped with a different size number, then was corrected to read 37 - but again, $200 shoes sold with a manufacturing defect. It just looks messy and unprofessional. I was surprised that there is pretty much zero traction and realized after receiving the shoes that nearly all items displayed on the website have no photos of the bottom of the shoes. I have to be extremely careful, have slipped several times, and have fallen twice while wearing these shoes as there is just NO traction. As I am walking, I can also feel if tiny rocks embed in the soles. There is extremely little arch and ball of foot support and although I sit at a desk for 95% of my day, with VERY little walking, my feet always hurt at the end of the day. I continue to wear the shoes as they are BEAUTIFUL and I get many, many compliments — but I am very hesitant to purchase additional items unless I find something that I find irresistible.

I’ve never shopped from Audley before. The shoes were fabulous. Unfortunately one pair was too large and I needed to return. Elena from Audley was outstanding , there at every step of the process. Quick process, in all it takes 5 work days for the shoes to arrive. Haven't had to use the customer service at all, since products were fitting and in good condition. I have recommended Audley shoes and the website to several friends and family members which are stunned by the selection available online.

I purchased 2 or three shoes. The last pair were suede and I thought they would stretch but they still hurt me. I’ve tried everything but I may have to give up and give them away. I love your shoes and the styles. I still own one pair for at least 15 years and still wear them.

Your prices are in Euro, however in Poland we still use Polish Zloty as currency. I end up paying in Polish Zloty, because the courier wouldn’t accept Euro. You should change your order page to whatever currency is being used in a country of delivery.

I have ordered several shoes from Audley over the years and I have always been highly impressed by their responsiveness, shipping speed and they flexibility if I've needed to return something. I will definitely order from them in the future.

I as very satisfied with. the order and receipt of the shoes…slightly concerned buying without trying but they fitted perfectly. They came safely packed and within few days of the order.. I will search the site qgain when next need shoes.

So far, I have only had an excellent experience with this e-shop. When my shoes didn’t fit, the customer support was excellent and it was no problem to supply a new size right away :-)
