They had a wristwatch listed on their website for sale. I bought it as a present for someone and told them it was coming. They charged me. A few days later, the proceeded to cancel the transaction and issue a refund because they didn't have the watch. I then had to scramble to find the watch elsewhere.

Because of the way I found the Gshock I was looking for, and then arrived at their website, it made me leary about my purchase. And, the fact that they are located half way around the world did not help. Communication was extremely poor, to almost non-existent for several days after my purchase went through. There was a slight delay in shipping, but my watch finally arrived. The packaging is less than expected, as almost every gshock that I have purchased have come in an aluminum tin, this one did not, so I once again had some doubts. However, in the end this is a very good gshock especially considering how it is made and what it is made of. If I could give an extra half star I would.

Sent a small size watch when i ordered adult male size with no info aboiut how to return the watch for credit or exchange. So, I,m going swallow the $75 cost of the watch and gift the warch to my young niece. Lesson learned! Never again.
