I’m in Australia and had never heard of this place, but they had the watch I wanted so I took the risk and made the purchase. I’m really happy I did, because the whole transition was excellent. The website is easy, the shipping was fast, the watch is perfect, there were no hidden surprises and all the communication was great. I would definitely recommend this shop and would use them again 100%. Thank you

Because of the way I found the Gshock I was looking for, and then arrived at their website, it made me leary about my purchase. And, the fact that they are located half way around the world did not help. Communication was extremely poor, to almost non-existent for several days after my purchase went through. There was a slight delay in shipping, but my watch finally arrived. The packaging is less than expected, as almost every gshock that I have purchased have come in an aluminum tin, this one did not, so I once again had some doubts. However, in the end this is a very good gshock especially considering how it is made and what it is made of. If I could give an extra half star I would.

Cancelled Transaction

They had a wristwatch listed on their website for sale. I bought it as a present for someone and told them it was coming. They charged me. A few days later, the proceeded to cancel the transaction and issue a refund because they didn't have the watch. I then had to scramble to find the watch elsewhere.

Ormoda is legit!

Be aware….

The website said the item would arrive in 2-3 business days. It has been over a week and still not received. Nowhere was it indicated the item was being shipped from Belgium. Found that out later via tracking. Had I known of this delay I would have ordered the product elsewhere. Expectations re: shipping should be outlined more clearly.

I have to return watch because not working right. I suggest quality control have to check first the order before send out. How are you? Going to send to the customer watch have batterie failed and have not work.

I'm sorry to hear your experience with Ormoda wasn't optimal - however, upon checking, I see that your order wasn't a battery powered watch, but a Solar Powered Eco-Drive watch. Those watches tend to be more complicated than run-of-the-mill battery operated ones. Our QC has rigorous checks in place to make sure that all items despatched are in 100% working order. Additionally, Solar Powered watches may need to be recharged after shipping as they have lost their charge since last being exposed to sun-light. We always urge our customers to contacts our experts in support if they have any issues with their purchase so we can guide towards correctly using the watch.
