This review is for us completely incomprehensible. All information which were criticized here, where known upfront.
In the order included was a pre-sale item with a later delivery/availability date.
This has been declared in our web shop very clear.
The shipment was arranged as DHL package, which was declared in our web shop, too.
All shipments are announced by us via email with a tracking number. After a package is given to DHL we have no further influence on internal processes of DHL and furthermore on the final delivery date.
The accusation that we didn't apologize is not true, since we apologized more than once. The first sense in our answer email was: "We are sorry for the circumstances which occur in connection with this shipment".
