I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with a company from overseas. But, since EMK was the one that had what I was looking for - and at a reasonable price - I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did! The ordering was simple and straightforward, their pricing was clear - including shipping and estimated duties, etc. - the shipping information was timely and the product arrived as expected and in great condition. And, Yes, I would order from them again.

Great selection of coins, both premium and non-premium. I haven’t found another store with such a wide variety across silver, gold, and even platinum. Website is easy to navigate and find specifics one is looking for. You can save your favorits to purchase them later, which is really very convenient. A friendly tip: if you need to cancel or return an order, make sure to contact customer service first and resolve it through them. Otherwise, you may risk restrictions on future purchases. Customer service is helpful, responsive, and willing to make reasonable concessions depending on the situation, which is reassuring.

This is the first time I have used EMK, and I was impressed from the start to the finish of the entire purchase, the ordering of the coin was simple and straight forward and to say I was impressed with the standard of packaging for transit is an understatement. The Coin was received in perfect condition and I am looking forward to sending it to my daughter on the birth of her son.

I really liked dealing with them a lot. Yes everyone shops for best price & can't have lowest on everything. Could ask if lower price buying all in stock and permission to do so. Grate packaging. They quickly handled a refund & return shipping. Got a good deal on a gold coin before price went up. Very response to emails. Recommend Fedex over DHL as they hand off to USPS (max insurance $5K) for 800 mile drive before delivered, hence damaged coins with delicate UV paint job. Insurance coverage is higher and contract I was told. DHL isn't fun to deal with & do not call back. Neither is fedex but fedex delivers everywhere quick. Just a grate company to do business with. Maybe try to price match but I know metals market & slim profits. Enjoy sending coins off for grading especially if only ones graded by NGC. Also helps preserve coins.

On placing my order, EMK immediately emailed with confirmation. then a followup letter notifying me there could be potential delays because of US President Exec Order possibly increasing customs duties and delayed processing. This was a nice gesture and fortunately, there was NO delay nor any increased customs duties. On May 14, 2025, I received another email from EMK indicating the lion coin was shipped, and was provided with the shipper and tracking number. On May 16, 2025, the coin was delivered by DHL here in Florida...I was absolutely amazed to have received the coin in 5 days from placing my order. Kudos to EMK...I highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again
