There website is very misleading, on all the main pages it states clearly “free returns and exchanges, my post to pay”, they don’t tell you free returnee doesn’t apply to the UK, therefore a conscious decision can’t be made as to weather to proceed or not.
It’s only highlighted when you need to return the item and find it’s hidden in multiple subpages at the bottom of the returns page.
This is misleading and I believe deceptive.
