The quality of my cross body bag appears to be really good quality,the leather is soft , color is great, (dark brown). I haven't had a chance to use the bag yet , I will review again if the first impression is not what it seems. There was an import fee $46.00CAD, but whatever.

Kwaliteit van de tassen is goed. Verzendservise is super snel! Snelste wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt bij de andere webshops. Echter komen sommige producten beschadigd, met krassen. Inpakservice moet beter gecontroleeerd worden. En klantenservice is ook niet altijd optimaal. Communicatie onder de collegae is niet up te date waardoor zeer vervelende verwarringen en meer fouten gebeuren.

A tiny thing that could be improved is to always include "shipping protection" in the already rather expensive shipping cost :) Feels a bit "cheap" to have to add to the order.
