The customer paid for one vial because we do not sell these ampoules in packages, only as individual ampoules. It was clearly written that the price is for one ampoule.

Worst experience ever: couldn't place my order 5 times and then their support replied they stopped shipping outside EU. Should not ask for payment then. Lost several hours for nothing

We do not send parcels outside the EU because we had too many problems with customs clearance and returning parcels, because it generates high costs and creates many problems. You have received such information. We didn't charge for an order that wasn't delivered.

If you did not receive your entire order, you will receive a refund. Sometimes mistakes happen or a product is simply missing. Then we inform the client about it. We don't want to deceive anyone.

The item was delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. We didn't change anything, so if the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, it's not our fault.
