I bought enough (250+ EUR) to get discounted ½ price shipping (25 -> 12,5 EUR) online - then a few days later I get a proforma invoice to pay the discounted shipping 12,5 EUR - claiming the type, size and weight was not covered by the discounted shipping. I have NEVER encountered this anywhere else - it makes me look for my Lab supplies on other webshops. The ½ price over 250 EUR purchase is one of the main reason I use your webshop.
