I received the wrong advice. The trailer hits the towing hook of the car with a thump. It's a very unpleasant feeling. It was recommended to replace the shock absorber. I ordered and changed, nothing changed. The old shock absorber is in perfect condition. Salesmen don't know trailer construction. The shock is still there, and it is caused by the movement of the telescopic tube (with a shock absorber inside) against the mounting frame. Wrong construction? The problem is unresolved. Andrus
