The DT880 are just what I wanted. I wouldn't say they are pleasant to listen to music but, for producing and mixing they are perfect. I use the analogy that they are like microscopes for sounds, you wouldn't want to use them in your day to day because you might be disgusted by the amount of germs in your every day. They are very honest so you notice all of the "germs" lurking around the music you listen to for fun and that's not good if you are just having fun or want an immersive music experience but for producing and mixing that's what one needs and doesn't find in normal headphones. I barely have to adjust my mixes when I switch to the monitors, with my DT990 pros it's not like that, and with normal consumer headphones it is just impossible. So my suggestions for improvements would be: re-do the product description as it is very misleading. Any one buying these to enjoy music at home is going to be sorely disappointed or is probably completely clueless as to what good hi-fi headphones sound like. These are purely for music production use out of the box without any EQ. The audiophiles will still buy them and mod them but a regular consumer won't be mislead. Being a little nitpicker, the hard case had what seemed like white rubber shavings all over it. I just had to wipe them and they were gone but still, looks a little unprofessional. Now regarding the DT990 driver, it's the right replacement part and I presume it is working (still have not repaired my old pair of DT990s) but the packaging scared me. Specially because of the finer than hair wires that connect the drivers and that are exposed, wrapping in bubble wrap with no additional packaging seems unprofessional specially when they cost 50 euro per unit (almost half the price of new headphones). Love Beyerdynamic just want them to be the best they can. If you want more tips I have a master's in International Businesses hire me ahahahah

I purchased the DT 900 PRO X headphones with high hopes, and for the most part, they delivered on the audio quality and comfort I expected. However, my experience with their durability and customer support left me with mixed feelings. After just six months of use, the leather on the headband started to detach, which was disappointing given the premium price of these headphones. When I reached out to the customer support team, they promptly instructed me to fill out an RMA form. Unfortunately, my request for a replacement was rejected, leaving me with limited options. The suggested process involved shipping my headphones to France via a shipment helper, which meant I would be without my headphones for an unknown period and bearing potential additional costs. This was far from an ideal solution, especially when I rely on my headphones daily. In the end, I decided to take matters into my own hands and ordered two replacement headbands for €38, including shipping from France. While I hope these replacements will last longer, I can't help but feel a bit let down by the initial customer support response. Overall, the DT 900 PRO X headphones have delivered great audio quality and comfort, but the issue with the headband and the less-than-ideal customer support experience have left me with some reservations. I hope the company can address these concerns in the future to provide a more seamless customer experience.

Will not recommend. Have wanted this headset since it was announced. Signed up. Ordered the first day it was available. They shipped it very quickly. Then...DHL sent three messages saying it was on its way. Each time changing to another day. Then changed to :delivery interrupted delayed for 1-2 days. Where it has stayed since April 22nd. Contacted DHL. They said contact Beyerdynamic. Beyerdynamic said wait a week. I waited a week.Filled out the paperwork. Asked if they'd re-order and send me the headset. Four week investigation?!? For something DHL still shows they haven't delivered? And absolutely no further updates from Beyerdynamics about the case status? Neither DHL nor Beyerdynamics took ownership of the issue. That's pitiful customer service. No issue with the indivduals involved. They're just following the company support processes.

Bad experience

The packaging received was open and damaged and the product shows signs of use. Beyerdynamic does not pay the return costs, arguing that it is an outlet product. Even though it is a sales product, it should have a quality guarantee as an item on sale does not mean item already used.

defect connectic cable

jack connectic cable from MMX300 headset box has a defect. The volume control disrupted the volume of each HP (right/left) (since I got the headset) But was still usable. After some years, I wanted to renew the connetic cable, because the old one was worn. I bought the 45€ connectic cable for the beyerdamic store. But unfortunatly, the cable was not working : - Only the right HP was working - The computer sound was redirected to the microphone

Ordered a replacement DT770 Pro 80 Ohm…defective received.

Ordered a replacement DT770 Pro 80 Ohm for my same old model and unfortunately I have to send it back since the left driver/speaker is "kaputt"/broken. Dead on arrival! So far for their promise that their "products function technically flawlessly." And I would have to pay for the return of their malfunctioning product? I think NOT! I expect full and FREE service/return! In effect: DO NOT TRUST B-Stock or OUTLET products! They are NOT to be trusted!

Dissappointed Beyerdynamic fan

The delivery service was good, and fast and reliable. No complaints about that at all. But the product I recently bought (Amiron) has a very dissapointing quality. Beyerdynamic has been my favorite headphones (DT 770 M) in my professional practice as a soundphonographer, for two decades (in the studio ánd on location outdoors in the most crazy contexts). But the wireless Amiron seems to lack the reliable sound that I am used to have. Since I have received them the headset has been distorting all the time during sounds that are not meant to sound distorted, at a soft volume and a normal volume (all over various areas of the frequency spectrum). And often glitching and/or not syncing with my devices... I wanted to give Amiron a fair chance and kept trying. But still not happy after several months of "tolerating". The Amiron is also way too bulky to travel with everywhere. So to my own surprise, having given up on them, I end up using my headphones barely these days, and if at all, mostly at home.

MmX 110

J'ai un casque 990 pro depuis plus de 5 ans et j'en suis très content. J'en ai même racheté deux autres. J'ai acheté un casque gamer de votre marque pour un cadeau à ma copine, le MmX 110 , mais j'en suis très déçu ! Je l'ai essayé avant de l'offrir et je trouve que le son du micro n'est pas a la hauteur et surtout il y a un défaut de résonance avec le câble. Si celui ci frotte - touche quelques choses, il y a une résonnance non agréable dans l'oreille. Ensuite il y a aussi le défaut que lorsque l'on parle, on a l'impression d'être dans une boîte. Je vais l'offrir a ma copine comme prévu mais si cela ne lui convient pas, je vous recontacterai pour permettre un retour. En échange je lui achèterai un casque 990 pro de votre marque et un micro sur pied. C'est plus chère mais la qualité sera au rendez vous. Voilà pour un retour de ma part. J'espère que vous serez apte a faire un geste commercial si le casque ne convenez pas et que l'on pourra faire un échange du MmX 110 contre un 990 pro. Évidement, l'échange n'étant pas équitable financièrement (90 euros contre 140 euros) je payerai la différence. Cordialement Legrand Marius

Beyerdinamics: bon produit mais site officiel douteux.

J'ai toujours apprécié les produits beyerdinamics jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Première commande directement sur leur site, mais j'aurai mieux fait d'éviter leur "promo" qui s'avère être de l'occasion, reçu dans un état pitoyable (et aucun effort de leur part)... Auparavant, j'ai toujours commandé les produits de la marque concernée chez Thomann et pas le moindre problème depuis des années (site très sérieux que je recommande contrairement a beyer). Par contre, le comportement du site beyerdinamics est vraiment très limite pour ne pas dire malhonnête. Ils ont eu ma première et ma dernière commande...

Production headphones broken after a few hours usage.

I bought these as a set of headphones to use for production specifically for on the road portability, I only used them 10 times or so and they have stopped working. Their is a terrible rumble now in the bass frequencies similar to that of a cheap Chinese fake or a car speaker from the 90s. So disappointed I spent all this money for a product only worthy of being in a tacky Asian market 😢

it was an unpleasant experience. no communication about the missing package.. After several texts and emails with no result, I suddenly found the amount back on my account, no explanation, no excuses, no alternative. You people make some decent headphones, but not a very helpful helpdesk, no communication and no consideration for the customers wish. So no more Beyer for me, sorry!

Bad experience on the e-shop

I purchased DT-990 Pro unit as new item but when I received them, the warranty seal was not there with signs of being pulled out, also some cardboard in the interior was bended as it was a opened box or a b-stock unit. After consulting the customer service, insisting on the fact, they apologized for the poor state of the box and that's it. I'm not happy with the situation, the unit works perfectly, and it's a legendary product, but I expected that the brand would at least refund me the difference as a b-stock unit as a compensation for the "bad state of the box"

Very dissapointed with B-stock quality. DT 770 with broken headband sliders on one side. Not scratched, but completely broken off and missing. When not fixed, this has a big chance of breaking even more. Sending it back costs about the same as getting new sliders. Would never have bought it if I knew the quality could be so poor. With other sellers, B-stock in my experience is close to perfect, this was straight up broken...

Sent the wrong product, support didn't reply on the 3 working day time they said they would, on a new support ticket they said the ticket was sent to the responsible department and to be patient, after 2 weeks no contact, I asked on twitter what to do and they told me to cancel and re-order. I received the return label and sent the product back, still waiting to see what will happen
