DT 990 Pro X headphones
I have been using my beloved DT250 headphones for recording and mixing for almost twenty years now... in addition I use my more compact DT240 Pro phones for travel and field recording. Seeking a more transparent and open mixing experience as promised by open-backed phones (reading reviews and data in SOS magazine for example), I decided to buy the DT990 Pro X. They perform fully as expected, particularly in their treatment of spatial information... positioning of instruments in the mix, applying reverb and delay. Not to say, also really transparent, true to the source, generally great sounding and comfortable to wear over long periods. After purchase I found out that the phones had been also been feted by the hi-fi community: not surprising.
Note: I bought B-Stock from Beyer directly. Slightly tatty box but the contents are immaculate.

Aventho 300
The Aventho 300 has a great battery life, as expected. Sound quality is good although probably not as precise as my old T51 (but that is comparing a wired 51 to bluetooth Aventho). Great set of features including a cable for wired analog connection. Noise cancellation is effective for ambiant noise such as due to traffic or trains but will not cover voices. Transparency mode is interesting in the street.

It’s the best headset I ever owned .the 330 pro is so comfortable to wear, and the sound is amazing . Maybe one little negative point , the cable is a little stiff . If this could be solved with another cable it would be perfect .
If you could customize the wireless headsets you guys sell, like I did with the 330 pro , that would be a great asset .

The plastic Black bag for the headphone is really low grade. If I have to put the headphone in my backpack or Luggage I would like something much more protective for such a lovely product. Or I’ll be happy to pay 15€ extra for a semirigid molded case

The dt900 pro X are a fantastic feeling and sounding pair of headphones. I was expecting having to get used to wearing a new pair right out of the box, but these just sit like a glove immediately. The sound feels muchv richer and clearer than my old dt770's. I like the detachable cable which the older models were notoriously missing, however the cable feels flimsy and cheap. I would have hoped for a higher quality braided cable.

Difficult navigation, good as new B-stock
