The headphones are malfunctioning. On one side I hear a distorted cracking buzz sound. It was a B-stock order and I think B-stock should be checked thoroughly before shipment. This fault would have been very easy to detect. Now let's see how the returns process works.

Excellent product at excellent value. There was a hiccup in the ordering process which caused some short-lived anxiety but when that was rectified, everything was plain sailing.

The buying process is easy and reliable: excellent. Delivery is rapid and excellent. The product is expensive but functionality is great. Durability is unfortunately mediocre: eartips are very durable and beautiful but this is my Xelento wireless 4th bt-band (2of 1st Gen and this is second on 2nd Gen. Also possess Xelento remote since 2018 and durability has been better.

L'audio delle cuffie è impeccabile, come da tradizione Beyerdynamic: suono cristallino e dettagliato che esalta l'esperienza di ascolto, soprattutto collegandole direttamente al PC. Purtroppo, la mia soddisfazione si ferma qui. Il microfono integrato, che dovrebbe essere un punto di forza per l'uso professionale, ha presentato problemi evidenti. Il livello audio è bassissimo e quasi impercettibile, rendendo difficile, se non impossibile, utilizzarlo in condizioni normali. Non ho ancora avuto il tempo di effettuare test ulteriori per verificare se sia un problema delle cuffie o del mio sistema, ma tutto ciò che collego al PC funziona perfettamente, quindi il dubbio rimane. È deludente dover aspettare e provare ulteriori soluzioni dopo aver fatto un investimento su un prodotto che, per la fascia di prezzo, dovrebbe essere impeccabile in tutti i suoi aspetti. Un altro aspetto frustrante è l'assistenza, che non è stata in grado di fornire consigli risolutivi. Per chi cerca un'esperienza audio di alta qualità, queste cuffie possono andare bene, ma se il microfono è una parte importante del tuo setup, potrebbe non essere la scelta più affidabile. Attualmente sto valutando di passare a un prodotto della concorrenza, preferibilmente con connessione USB per evitare questi problemi, ma resta il dispiacere di aver speso una cifra considerevole per un prodotto che non ho potuto sfruttare al massimo. I purchased the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 Pro with high expectations, knowing the brand's reputation and the considerable cost. The sound quality is impeccable, as is typical for Beyerdynamic: clear and detailed, elevating the listening experience, especially when connected directly to the PC. Unfortunately, my satisfaction stops there. The integrated microphone, which should be a strong point for professional use, presented evident issues. The audio level is extremely low and almost imperceptible, making it difficult, if not impossible, to use in normal conditions. I haven't had time to run further tests to determine whether the problem lies with the headphones or my system, but everything else I connect to the PC works perfectly, so doubts remain. For now, the headphones are set aside, waiting to be tested with an external sound card, in the hope that this will resolve the issue. It's frustrating to have to wait and try additional solutions after investing in a product that, for the price range, should be flawless in all aspects. Another frustrating aspect is customer support, which couldn't provide any helpful advice. For those seeking high-quality audio, these headphones might be suitable, but if the microphone is a critical part of your setup, they may not be the most reliable choice. Currently, I'm considering switching to a competitor’s product, preferably with a USB connection to avoid these issues, but the disappointment remains, having spent a considerable amount on a product I couldn't fully utilize.

Returning was not free, instead €18,-. Shame.

The product arrived promptly and as expected, it's a great pair of headphones. I had seen an ad for B-grade headphones on one of the socials and had followed the link as I need to replace a lost pair, so this seemed like a good opportunity. I followed the link and ordered the pair, but there was a hiccup in payment between the Beyerdynamic outlet and my bank which lead to some anxiety on by behalf until I saw that I had been refunded the original amount. I ordered again and this time everything was OK. I expect there was a blip in the e-commerce channel and it was just an exception.

Product is good. Shipment is long.

Buying experience is overall good although there were no options for shipping (paid with Paypal). Delivery was as expected but expensive (shipping in Europe can be done for less than 10 euros). Also, the 4 foam pads could have been sent in an envelope instead of a box measuring 16x12x8 inch.

Dispatched quickly however, delivery which was outwith 'Beyerdynamic' control could have been quicker. My order coincided with a price drop so was a disappointment. I do have to say that the quality and performance of my 'Amiron' headphones make up for the minor issues mentioned.

Packaging was terrible, package of my new headphones was destroyed before opening.

Quality and sound excellent. Set up and firmware update straightforward. As I am not a regular Laptop/PC user, a dedicated charger plug would have been helpful.

Everything was allright but there is allways room for better 😁

You get exactly what's promised to you in the marketing material, very comfortable headphones with great sound.
