I ordered 5 puzzles in advance of the holiday rush! Sarah was wonderful as i did call a couple of times and she returned my call almost immediately! Give this small company in USA a chance for your prized photos to be put on a puzzle! I am most excited to give my first great grandchild the puzzle of a four generation family photo with him, his dad (my grandson) his grandpa (my son) and me! Don't wait too long. Also, different pieces according to ability level! (100, 200, 500, etc).

My only regrets are puzzles pieces being more than one around the eyes nose and lips which I’m sure can not be changed do to size and how pieces are made also when it is double pictures as top and bottom one or others ends up with a portion cut off which again probably can’t be helped
