I have been a customer of Trotec for several years. Until now, I was very satisfied with the service, accessibility, telephone help with product questions, and the pricing level of the products. I have also recommended their products to family and friends. Now, I placed an order on June 19 of this year, and it was paid immediately via PayPal. On their website, the product was marked as in stock. As usual, I expected a few days of delivery time. On the website, my order is marked as received and in process. After a week, on 25.06.26, I allowed myself to inquire via email. The automatic response to my emails was that my case would be processed within 5 days. I would like some feedback on the status and reason for the non-delivery of the order. Even an automatically generated email stating that the delivery is delayed because production cannot keep up or something similar… But none of that is happening! For me as an end customer, it is very annoying. Since I hadn't heard anything, I sent a second email on 03.07.26 and tried in parallel to reach Trotec by phone. A friendly, male AI always greets very warmly and asks for consent to record the conversation. Then, the AI reports that they are so busy that I should call back at a later time. I have also tried this at all times of the week and day. The message is always the same! You can also register for a callback by pressing 5. I have done this multiple times as well…. Two unanswered emails, countless attempts to reach the company by phone, and at least 10 callback requests. So far, nothing has happened except contact with the friendly male AI… Staff shortages, supply chain issues, vacation period…?? My ordered and paid filters are not present despite "in stock"…????

The air conditioner PAC 2020E was delivered in a timely manner after a long sellout, just in time (2nd climate peak). The first use is today on 07/29. The operation is well explained, the device makes a good impression and seems to be struggling with the high temperatures. The included adapter fit immediately.

The air conditioner was delivered a bit later due to high demand. However, it could be used quickly afterwards because everything was in order. Hopefully, it will make the summer heat more tolerable for a long time. So far, we are very satisfied with the air conditioner and can really recommend it.

Order an air cooler with 10 to 11 WEEK delivery due to high demand, was concerned as took money straight away, but item was delivered with in 10 DAYS . Now up and running and very happy with it. Only thing to note is that as they are German the unit only had an EU plug on it with no adaptor in the box.

Purchased TWP4036E submersible pump: exemplary experience! - Very comprehensive item description with all technical details and photos of the features. - Very efficient and timely order tracking. - Speed in delivery of the product: pump ordered on Sunday and delivered the next Wednesday: only 2 working days from Germany to Italy! - Excellent quality of the pump, which I cannot yet evaluate in its functioning because I have not yet put it into use.

The online shop has always convinced me. As for the products, I'm somewhat more reserved. The air cooler I last ordered cannot meet my expectations. In a very warm apartment (sunny side), this device cannot score. However, there's no alternative as the landlord objects to a stationary air conditioner. Fan and air cooler on the highest setting is also an acoustic challenge.

I already know the online shop from my job. It was clear that I would also order the climate device from Trotec because it is simply quality. Online everything is clearly and well described, all information is easy to find. The goods arrived also four days after the order (on a Saturday evening), great praise for that as well.

Hello, I invite TROTEC to change couriers. UPS does not inform clients of their day and time of delivery: 1st UPS attempt without warning and absent from my home: UPS HOME left the filters behind a gate which could have gotten wet during my absence, then a 2nd attempt for the cooler. UPS came on Monday without warning or arranging a day and time, absent UPS leaves a note in the mailbox stating that UPS will come again, but when??? The next day 2nd and last attempt without being informed and absent from my home, UPS leaves a notice and mentions LAST attempt customer absent from home. We had to make a complaint today. UPS still passed without informing and left the air cooler in its box in front of the open gate: anyone could have taken this package. NOT NORMAL for a bulky package, a delivery person MUST contact the customer to arrange a day and time for delivery. UPS service is poor to AVOID.

It looks like German engineering at its finest. I have to be honest and say that I haven’t set the unit up yet but minimal communication with the company but an absolutely amazing delivery very professional looks like the parcel stood the right way up the whole way here and it came all the way from Germany to the UK. It was here within seven days.

...it should just be evident that the air filter of this model is only a net and not an extra filter as known from other devices.\n\nOtherwise very good device!\n\nWhen dehumidifying, the device warms the air a bit in the room, which should be taken into account - an advantage in winter!

Super fast shipping. Beautiful, strong pump. Waiting to see how it is after a few years of use. From experience, we know many pumps here have already broken due to water leaking into the motor, both expensive DAB pumps and other brands.

I bought a multitool. I am very satisfied with it. It's just a pity that the battery-operated home appliance series is apparently being discontinued. I have so many of them and am now disappointed that the store is slowly becoming emptier. The shipping process is quick and reliable.

I have since returned the measuring device because it did not fulfill the purpose for which I had purchased it based on the telephone recommendation of a Trotec customer service representative - which turned out to be incorrect advice. I needed a measuring device with memory and PC transfer capability (ability to save measured values & graphs on a USB stick) for fine dust particles, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide, and similar, to determine the emission of exhaust gases from cannabis smoke with additives - caused by an external smoker. What I received instead was only a device for mold cause investigation (room temperature / humidity).

Ordered your home water pump, unfortunately this pump was defective. A call to the hotline and two days later the replacement pump was there with a return label for the defective one. Couldn't be better. I like to buy here again.

Currently, I am excited about the quick processing, ordered on Thursday evening, paid with PayPal, and received the delivery the following Monday. That's what I call delivery service. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to extensively test the device yet, as the current temperatures are not such that I would need to use an air conditioner. However, I assume that it will deliver what the manufacturer promises.

Regarding my inquiry about delivery options, I received an online response with a 5-day waiting period; after more than 10 days, I still have not received a reply. Ordering a device took only 3 days until delivery. The dehumidification works well, as evidenced by the water removed. The relative humidity display shows 70%, while my 2 hygrometers show around 60%, at a room temperature of 21°C. For the relative humidity display, it would be useful to have a temperature display on the screen. Maybe I have not read the user manual closely enough.

Order is still in transit. Longer delivery time was known. Product is sold out elsewhere. A downside is that you cannot choose the carrier yourself. UPS has the necessary issues. I'd rather pay extra if it can be with, for example, DHL. It's not the product's fault, always top quality.

I have not unpacked the goods yet. But I can only praise the super fast delivery. All over Germany, everyone is going crazy because there are no air conditioners left and Trotec is really cool! Really great👌 That's why all the stars without having seen the goods.

The shop is very easy to view, very clear, many more and cheaper articles. I was already able to connect and test the pump, it is very quiet, completely sufficient for what I need. I just would have liked a small pre-filter, but well, you can't have everything for the money. But always very good service, very fast, keep it up.
