the product is far from the original, especially in appearance and quality. made of cheap and ugly plastic. it serves its purpose, but unfortunately in a very poor performance.

First order come without any issues. High quality items delivered on time. Second order I placed only because there was promotion with free pen. I know, know, cheap marketing trick, but it worked. At least for them, because I never received pen.

Cheaper offer for DHL transport ended as the most expensive way. They have some hidden expenses. Offer other cheaper way of transport to the non EU recipients despite it may take longer time.

The Neato filters are a good fit, despite not being originals. Well packaged and took around ten days to arrive. Will use plus.parts again.

Unable to find a part from the manufacturer in US, I found the EXACT part, accurately described and properly shipped from Netherlands.

I struggled for months to get replacement battery for my Neato D3. I didn't want to buty Chinese replacements as I never had good experience with them. But after months of research for original I gave up. Then I saw this page. I dind't fully believe it will be original, but I took my chances. Now I can confirm battery is recognised by my robot as original 100% no issues. Happy, happy, happy.
