Loved the packaging. Especially safely packaged, no harm done to the product. We got complimentary gummy bears too. Always nice to have a little extra than what you ordered. Well received. Delivery was on time. Could consider a different middleman, as USPS does not seem too reliable. However everything up to them was excellent. They may have made the experience a bit worse than it really was, but I can take nothing away from OBF on their part.

This is the 2nd time my order has been stuck in US customs, causing me to run out of formula and have to switch to another formula while we wait. Switching formula back and forth is really hard on my babies tummy and affecting her digestion and sleep. Very frustrating.
