I've found the web shop through a Google search and it seemed to have a large selection of what I needed (predominantly glass jars), albeit the filter options could be more user-friendly.
So I've made my first test order at Glasoflaskor with all goods to be delivered to Sweden within 1-5 days, as per their web shop. A week later there was no communication and I've contacted them. In the response they referred to high volume of orders and asked "to have patience" - probably the worst thing they could have written, as that certainly shifts the blame to the 'impatient' customer, while it is actually them failing to meet a seasonal, hence highly predictable, influx of orders. Finally received my goods after 11 days from placing the order. One jar out of 30 broken, they agreed to replace. Waited another week for that...
Nonetheless, decided to make another order, thinking that the first experience could've just been bad luck. The website then stated 3-7 days delivery. Surprise, surprise - 2 weeks to delivery this time! I'm actually still waiting for the goods to arrive... I didn't even waste my time to contact them, anticipating the "have patience"-response. They obviously do not understand that at the hight of the season, time is critical to their customers and they rely on the delivery time frames stated by the vendor. In this case, the vendor keeps misleading the customers and shrugs off the complaints. I've lost a lot of organic produce as the result of their failures.
I will certainly be very hesitant to order from Glasoflaskor in the future and if they won't delete my review, I hope it will pre-warn other shoppers of what to expect.
