Poor Customer Service- shocking delivery

Bought on a subscription- you took my money and did not ship goods- only after complaining did I get a response that your payment systems were not aligning to orders- not acceptable that the customer has to chase after 2 weeks to get this information Shipping takes weeks and far too slow- still not received my Omega3 four weeks after payment was taken I will be cancelling my subscription and will buy an alternative from another supplier
