Review summary
Customers consistently praise the high quality, purity, and effectiveness of the products, often reporting visible health improvements and a strong sense of trust in the brand. Fast, reliable shipping is highlighted as a significant strength, with most orders arriving promptly and as expected. Many appreciate the friendly, helpful, and professional customer service. The broad and versatile range of products is valued, as are the attractive and protective packaging designs. Discounts, loyalty points, and special offers are noted for making purchases more affordable, and customers frequently mention the clarity of product descriptions, transparency about ingredients, and the availability of educational content. Some areas for improvement include occasional inconsistent responses from customer service and reported issues with returns. While the wide selection is generally appreciated, a few customers find it overwhelming or desire more guidance in choosing products. Packaging receives some criticism for waste, large sizes, and challenges with new caps and refill designs. Although many customers benefit from the information provided, some would like even more detailed or accessible content. Lastly, high prices are a concern, though mitigated somewhat by available discounts.

Top Brand
Top brand that delivers what it promises! Moreover, it is produced in Austria and my ordered micronutrients are free from magnesium stearate, fillers, and excipients, etc...
I am impressed with Biogena and the quality of the products. For me, micronutrients are an important part of my health maintenance, and I have had very good experiences with Biogena products.
I bought the book 'Micronutrients' a long time ago. Amazing! For me, it's truly a unique and valuable reference book.
I also regularly browse the Biogena website. I find the many interesting articles about health, nutrition, and micronutrients very informative and enriching. There is always something new to discover and learn.
The offered training sessions also interest me greatly. When I have the opportunity, I definitely want to attend one or two to further deepen my knowledge.
It's great that there is a brand that not only offers high-quality products but also shares so much knowledge about our health.
Many thanks to the entire Biogena team! ❤️

VITATMIN D3 + K2 best formula
Over the past 6 uears I have tried numerous Vitamin D3 formulas to raise my level and nothing helped, I got to the point where I made myself believe I have an asimilation problem and my body cannot simply absorb it. Until my endocrinologyst suggested I tried the formula that Biogena offers. Within one month of daily dosing, I raised my levels up to 70!!! I could not believe my eyes. So here I am, now, trying the Mirachol formula to try to reduce my LDL levels. I am convinced it actually does its job!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience in such detail. We’re delighted to hear that our Vitamin D3 + K2 formula worked so well for you after you had struggled for such a long time to improve your vitamin D levels. It’s especially valuable that your progress was monitored with your endocrinologist.
We also appreciate your trust in trying MiraChol® next.

For my migraine prophylaxis I am on...
For my migraine prophylaxis I became aware of Biogena’s products, as I have been suffering from migraines with aura about five days a month. The pain clinic in Kiel, which looks after migraine patients, recommends magnesium, vitamin B2 and coenzyme 10 for prophylaxis. For 6 weeks I have been taking M-Formula and Siebensalz Magnesium in the evening and so far I have not had any more migraines. I still can’t believe it and I really hope to at least reduce the migraine attacks.\nI would like to have the option of direct communication with Biogena to clarify any questions.\nAt the moment I am very happy to have found a product that contains the supplements in one product.

Excellent product, very fast shipping, still affordable prices, and very good communication with the seller.
In any case, highly recommendable for me and my mother-in-law..............

My choice for years 💙
I like what Biogena makes, and have been using so many products for years now. I found my favs but also keep imvesting in some new products that I find useful. The webshop itself is amazing, very user friendly, easy to search through, with all the information you could need and there is also an app with live chat and a person can help you even more if you would like to know better! Also, shipping is super fast and reliable. That makes me relaxed about orderimg because I know it will be with me extremly quickly. Also there are occasional discounts and special offers, that always comes nice! Packaging is beautiful. My favourite products include those which enhance beauty of skin and hair, for digestion (probiotics of many sorts), minerals and vitamins. I highly appreciate and recommend it!

Products are largely without (chemical) additives - high purity, which is very important for my health.
In terms of price, they are in the absolute high-price segment - you always have to wait for discount promotions and then stock up very abundantly. That's initially very expensive!
More frequent discount promotions or generally lower prices would be helpful.
Everything is handled (in Germany) via shipping, which works, but...
Your competition is now also largely distributing through pharmacies, which would be more consumer-friendly.

Friendly Company!
I particularly value being able to rely on receiving first-class products in terms of purity, research, perfectly tuned blends, environmental awareness, and fast delivery. What I also like about Biogena is that the company has been recognized multiple times as a top workplace... so it also measures up on the human level, which is also important to me! I'm happy to pay higher prices!

Very friendly and good customer service!
The transport with DHL does not work well: the package was damaged and two out of three cans were missing. The lady from BIOGENA customer service immediately ordered a free replacement. I was very relieved by that.
For you to know: the replacement also arrived in a damaged package (repackaged by DHL like the first time), but the content was intact and complete.
Either you should change the supplier or choose stronger cardboard for shipping. However, I have also had other bad experiences with DHL.

Everything to full satisfaction 😊
Service when answering questions as well.
Since I have trouble swallowing capsules, I am very happy to get many products in powder form from Biogena.
I have been taking collagen powder since mid-May and now people comment on my radiant skin with fewer wrinkles on my face. That, of course, makes me very happy.
Many thanks to Biogena

excellent
The products from Biogena, especially the Diamonds vitamins, have massively improved my quality of life. Since I started taking these products, I can concentrate much better than before, my skin looks significantly better, and even my vision has improved.
I am just grateful that the company Biogena exists! I also find the price-performance ratio to be excellent.

I am completely satisfied with Biogena and honestly would not know what could be improved. The products are high quality, the shop is clear, and the orders are sent quickly and packaged with great care. Even with a return, if something is not tolerated, everything is straightforward. Communication is also very good and questions are reliably answered. For me, the overall package is just right – therefore clearly 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well-composed vitamin juice. I use it for my daughter. The taste is good, slightly sour, not sweet. It contains the important vitamins, plus zinc, iodine, selenium, and a low dose of magnesium. We also add iron and Omega 3, as these are not included in the juice, but it makes sense. In the evening, we give additional magnesium, as it's very low dosed in the juice. I can't yet comment on the actual effectiveness, as we haven't been using it long enough. For my daughter, in my opinion, it is currently the best alternative, as she can't swallow capsules and is very sensitive to consistency and taste, hence refusing many things. She takes this juice without any problems. The only disadvantage: with 10ml a day, the bottle lasts 25 days, which is 1.28 euros per day and nose or 38 euros per month. For the whole family, it would be too expensive for me. But for my daughter, exactly this composition and the liquid form are important, so the price is still justifiable for me.

What I Especially Liked
What did I especially like? Hard to say, as everything is right with you: The presentation of the products, the products themselves, the navigation on the website, the ordering and payment process with various options, the shipping: always neatly and securely packaged as well as clearly documented via email and in the package with the delivery note. I spend a lot of money with you. Sure, it's about health. And it's easy for me because you've thought of everything and implemented it that way. That is very rare. If I had learned something sensible, I would love to work for you.

Long-time satisfied customer. All orders have always been processed quickly and delivered within a short time. The ordering process is simple, the website is well designed and offers plenty of information about the application and the ingredients of each product. The products themselves are extremely high-quality and I have trusted Biogena quality for years. Highly recommended!

For Me the Number 1
I have been a customer for many years now, the products are excellent, the deliveries fast, nothing to complain about, a mishap with the last order where a product was missing, I reported it and it was sent to me immediately without any hesitation. Recently there are also more frequent promotional campaigns with reserved discounts at certain times. Win-Win

I trust the assessment of my doctors, who consider Biogena products to be of high quality (for which I personally lack the expertise).
As a recipient of a small pension, I would be very happy if customers, with the duration of their loyalty, automatically received a progressive slight reduction on the purchased products.

I would be happy for an explanation of my question mentioned above
I would appreciate your explanation: I have been ordering my products for years always through www.biogena.com:
The prices also appear in Euros after logging in! However, as soon as I click on 'order', the price appears in CHF for the first time... that's very confusing!
Furthermore: until my order on 27.7.26, I never had to pay fees with my credit card; however, with the order on 17.8.26, a fee of +1.5% for foreign payment was applied for the first time ???? Why... am I not ordering from Biogena Switzerland ??

We are enthusiastic about all Biogena products, the grandchildren like their colorful pellets, the liposomal vitamin C; we take zinc daily and some products for the (old) joints and immune system, and yes, some are taken by the high-performance athletes in our family.
Grateful to receive these valuable products.
