The bike child chair is perfect and super easy to set up. I also had a little problem with the delivery and the customer support was excellent and helped very efficiently and quickly. If I ever need another, I will be purchasing from Urban Iki for sure!

My daughter loves this 'grown-up' seat. It's so sturdy and feels very safe. We love how the back support folds down, and how the seat belt is hidden away under the seat. The footrests work very well too. It's great that they fold away. The seat was exceptionally easy to install with clear video instructions complementing the instruction booklet well. HIGHLY recommended!

Hi! Just to clarify: we do charge a small fee of £2.95 for returns. The good part is that with a return you always get your full purchase amount back, including the original shipping costs.
