Hello Norbert, we as a company decide where we offer our products or services and where not. Even though we understand your frustration about not being able to order directly to your location, we do not accept this kind of behaviour from you! The company headquarter (accounting, hr, management) is located in Cyprus but the products are produced, stored and shipped from Germany which is one of our main markets for sales. The fact that we do not ship to Cyprus as well as a lot of other countries in the world is visible both on our shipment information page as well as in the "delivery country" selector before ordering. So if you can not order to your preferred destination we recommend to find a different company that does and not order with us to a different location (other than Cyprus) just to give us a 1 star review.
