Hello Melanie, We're sorry that you're having problems with the dropper on our CLASSIC bottles, but please contact our support team directly in such cases. We are almost always available 7 days a week and are happy to give you tips in such cases. Actually, as soon as you turn the bottle upside down (ignoring the first 1-2 drops), the drops always come out of the dropper in a uniform size. After a while, the bottle needs to draw in air again. To do this, turn it around normally and then you can continue dosing. The drop size does not have to be 100% exactly the same, this is not a problem with CLASSIC, especially if you activate more than 1 drop at a time. But the plan is to bottle both in glass so that the drop sizes and the loss are kept as low as possible - although it can never be completely prevented. We hope we were able to help you!
