Well ,i was satisfied with our communication even if relatively slow cause it was only through Email, it could have been much faster and simple with a phone call ,but i also appreciated how fast they sent the order ,their kindness in the communication ,how fast they replied Email even if late in the evening, also the sending of the products was quite fast ,i just cannot say anything about the products i purchased ,but i believe and trust they are good as they have been recommended by a friend that i trust and that have already tried them. For the rest all good.

Second time the delivering company made sthing wrong and aquarius helped to clerify what happened and what to do. And fast. I felt their helpfulness.
