Quality Declining
I have noticed in my last two orders that the once a day lactose capsules are not consistent. Some of the capsules are no longer full. So I am paying for doses with less of the product? I thought I finally found an honest reputable company but it seems you are doing what every other business is doing. Giving us less and taking our $$. I have also needed extra dose at times of otc lactose. So this product isn't working like it used to. I will not be recommending it to others like I used to. Sad.

I was Still charged an international fee when the return address on my package said Kentucky. That doesn’t seem right.

I like that I can get their bigger bottles and they are automatic renewal. I just wish it would be easier if I needed to change the date for the automatic renewal. It’s like I have to do a whole new prescription.

I have interstitial cystitis (chronic, inflammatory bladder condition) and foods high in histamines hurt my bladder. Intoleran is allowing me to eat moderate amounts of high histamine foods, which is wonderful. It also is accomplishing this without adding vitamin C to the DAO, which is very unusual and makes it possible for me to take DAO (people with IC are notoriously intolerant of vitamin C, as it is very acidic).
The dispensing method which the little container has is cute, but I would much rather have a container that is NOT MADE OF PLASTIC. Cardboard would be just fine, cute dispenser or no.

Great product and great people.
It's always nice to receive a sale price on a needed supplement. I personally believe that these formulation s of the DAO is stronger and has less fillers than US products. I have been a steady customer for several years now and have communicated with them on a number of occasions. They are supportive and knowledgeable. The US distributor has improved significantly. I don't have a complaint.
