I liked their pricing and full product range. Their website could use some work as far as navigating and spacial display of products. It seems cluttered and not a lot of info about their coffees.
Communication after the purchase wasn't very good. Getting an email saying that you purchased this product but this is not confirmation and need to check if your payment went through is not comforting. I had to reach out after several days over a week actually to ask what the status of my item was.
it is not ok, that you order a specific coffee, and they send something different.
