The heavy tester of a Zuca bag :)
I really like that you created the product with changeable parts, durable. However, I joked that a bag for a lifetime was probably not meant for my lifetime :) I'm an adult figure skater, owning your bag for 10 years. I actually use it every day, not loading in a car, but walking a few kilometers with it almost every day.
I bought a handle and had to cut the old one out with the saw, because the old one was rusted with all the screws. Because the snow and rain water reaches that part and the screws of the handle.
