I ordered a weed fin from Telstar. It appeared to be defect. Less than twenty minutes from my contact to Telstar, they had packed a new one for me, send a return label free of cost and were on to ship it to Denmark.
Mistakes happen - such a fast service is rare and very appreciated.

I ordered and payed for a sail and I`m still waiting for tracking number 8 days later, when I asked for tracking number they said that the shipper does not provide one, on request about the status of the order I did not receive any answer. For 800 euro purchase it doesn`t seam wright. 70 Euro only for delivery...

Wrong delivery fares
Nice website. Good prices. Purchase was canceled due to wrong delivery fares. Please update and try to get a better price for delivery to the portuguese islands.
